BACK ORDERS: Most orders are usually shipped within three business days. Our stock may be temporarily depleted because of high volume sales. MERCHANDISE CONDITION: All products are mint with mint tags unless stated otherwise. Ty Beanie Babies, Beanie Buddies and Attic Treasures are all shipped with complimentary locket tag protectors. Our products are guaranteed 100%.

PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept Mastercard & Visa through PayPal and Mastercard & Visa, Discover and American Express through our merchant account and Americart, Inc. and money orders.

PRICING: Prices are subject to change without notice because of the volatility of the Secondary Beanie Market.

RETURNED CHECKS: Checks returned due to insufficient funds will be subject to a $25 charge. Checks which have been sent to collection will be subject to a $50 fee plus reasonable attorney's fees plus check amount.

RETURNS: All sales are final. If a return is approved, a 25% restocking fee will be charged on orders canceled after they are shipped. Shipping charges or return postage will not be refunded.

SALES TAX: We are required by law to charge 6.00% sales tax on shipments in North Carolina.

SHIPPING: All U.S. orders are shipped within 3-5 business days USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. If you have a rush order, please state "rush" on the order under "Special Instructions."

SHIPPING DAMAGE: Insurance is optional. Please state in the Shopping Cart "Special Instructions" that you would like insurance. Lost merchandise will only be replaced if insurance is requested. Orders are mailed with Delivery Confirmation and we receive a stamped receipt at the time of mailing. If you have requested insurance and the package is damaged, please report any damage immediately to the postal carrier. You MUST retain all packaging material for the carrier's inspection. Before replacement merchandise can be shipped to you, a damage claim must be filed with the USPS.
